Welcome to The Swim Lab. Home of expert swimming lesson and coaching, We are committed to helping anyone willing to learn to swim become and elite swimmer. We offer both children swimming lessons, and adult swimming lessons, from beginners to advanced. All of our private swimming lessons are 1-2-1 with experienced coached and instructors. Our private swimming pool is based in our Westerham studio and makes use of an endless pool, multiple angle cameras, sport analysis software, calisthenic gym, state of the art changing facilities, and there is even an aromatherapy sauna that you are invited to relax in following your swimming lesson.

  • Cardio

    Swimming raises your heart rate, increases your circulation, and strengthens the heart muscles. Unlike land based cardio, swimming is easy on the joints and allows the blood to easily flow back to the heart.

  • Strength

    When we swim the water provides resistance on our body, this encourages an increase in muscle growth and strength not seen in other cardio activities.

  • Meditation

    There are many scientifically proven reasons why swimming can relax the mind. As well as these swimming promotes breath control and mindfulness.
